Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and lemon juice, then rub spice mixture evenly on both sides.
Cook the Chicken:
Option 1: Oven-Baked
5. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Option 2: Pan-Seared
5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
