1 lemon (zested and juiced)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup. -
Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. -
Coat the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the lemon herb marinade evenly over each fillet, making sure the salmon is well-coated. -
Bake the Salmon:
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork and is cooked through.
