Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.

Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the herb mixture evenly over each fillet.

Top each piece with a slice of lemon.

Roast in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs and lemon slices if desired.
