Lemon Herb Roasted Salmon Recipe – Easy, Healthy & Flavorful Dinner Idea

4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon slices, for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.

  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the herb mixture evenly over each fillet.

  • Top each piece with a slice of lemon.

  • Roast in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

 

  • Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs and lemon slices if desired.
