Loaded Cauliflower Casserole – Creamy, Cheesy & Irresistible!

For the Casserole:

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 4 cups)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 green onions, sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

For Garnish:

Extra green onions

Crumbled bacon

Fresh parsley


Instructions

Prepare the Cauliflower:

 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels.

Make the Mixture:

3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

4. Fold in cauliflower, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions.

 

Bake the Casserole:

5. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

6. Top with extra cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

 

Serve:

8. Garnish with green onions and fresh parsley before serving.
