Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.

In a bowl, mix cooked beef with cream cheese, cheddar, chopped bacon, and maple syrup until well combined.

Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Fold and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
