20 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)

2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer 3–4 minutes.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

Toss in the cooked tortellini until well coated.

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
