4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with foil/parchment.
2. Prepare the topping:
In a bowl, mix together:

Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

Parmesan cheese

Garlic powder
-
Onion powder
-
Paprika
-
Salt and pepper
This will form a thick, creamy coating.
3. Coat the chicken:

Pat the chicken dry.

Place it in the baking dish.

Spread the mayo mixture generously over the top of each piece, coating well.
4. Bake:

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).

For a golden top, broil for an extra 2–3 minutes at the end (watch closely!).
5. Serve:

Let rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
