  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven:

Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with foil/parchment.


2. Prepare the topping:

In a bowl, mix together:

  • Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt and pepper

This will form a thick, creamy coating.


3. Coat the chicken:

  • Pat the chicken dry.

  • Place it in the baking dish.

  • Spread the mayo mixture generously over the top of each piece, coating well.


4. Bake:

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).

  • For a golden top, broil for an extra 2–3 minutes at the end (watch closely!).


5. Serve:

  • Let rest for 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
