Mini Pizza Bombs for Snacking – The Ultimate Bite-Sized Treat

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 16 pepperoni slices (or more, if desired)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet.

  • Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.

  • Place 1 tsp pizza sauce, 2 pepperoni slices, and a little mozzarella cheese in the center.

  • Fold the edges over and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

  • Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
