Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

16 pepperoni slices (or more, if desired)

2 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet.

Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.

Place 1 tsp pizza sauce, 2 pepperoni slices, and a little mozzarella cheese in the center.

Fold the edges over and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.

Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
