1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

24 mini sausages (like Lil’ Smokies)

1 egg (optional, for egg wash)

1 tablespoon water (if using egg wash)

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning

Dipping sauces: ketchup, mustard, ranch, cheese sauce, etc.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller strips (to wrap around mini sausages). -
Wrap sausages:
Roll each mini sausage in a piece of dough, starting from one end and wrapping tightly. -
Optional egg wash:
Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush over each wrapped sausage for a golden finish. Sprinkle with toppings if desired. -
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and puffed.
