8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup finely chopped salami

½ cup finely chopped ham

½ cup chopped green olives with pimentos

¼ cup chopped black olives

2 tbsp chopped pickled banana peppers

1 tbsp minced red onion

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup chopped pecans or crushed crackers (for coating)
Instructions

Mix the ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, provolone, mozzarella, salami, ham, green olives, black olives, banana peppers, red onion, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined. -
Shape into a ball:
Transfer the cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and form a ball shape. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. -
Coat the cheese ball:
Roll the chilled cheese ball in chopped pecans or crushed crackers, pressing gently to coat evenly.

Place on a serving platter and pair with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or veggies.
