One Pan Kielbasa and Potatoes Recipe: A Simple, Satisfying, and Flavor-Packed Weeknight Dinner

  • 14 oz (400g) smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds

  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 small red onion, sliced

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Prep the Ingredients

  • Wash and cut the potatoes. Slice kielbasa and chop vegetables.

2. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

3. Season Everything

  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes, kielbasa, and veggies with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Bake

  • Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until potatoes are golden and tender, and kielbasa is slightly crispy.

5. Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
