Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or sliced beef sirloin)

2 tbsp butter

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 cups beef broth
-
8 oz egg noodles (uncooked)

1 cup sour cream
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a large pot or deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add beef and onion, cook until beef is browned and onion softened. Drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic, mushrooms, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes.

Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered until pasta is cooked (about 8–10 minutes).

Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
