Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (divided)

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup beef broth
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz penne or fettuccine pasta (cooked al dente)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions

Season the Steak:
Toss sliced steak with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside. -
Sear the Steak:
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak slices and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
Remove steak and set aside. -
Sauté Veggies:
In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and red bell pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. -
Make the Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium. Add heavy cream, beef broth, Parmesan cheese, and remaining 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning. Stir and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened. -
Combine:
Add cooked pasta and seared steak back into the skillet. Toss everything together until coated in sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Garnish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot!
