Ingredients
-
– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
-
– 1 cup peach pie filling (canned or homemade)
-
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
-
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-
– Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners. -
Prepare Sugar Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. -
Roll Puff Pastry:
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (about 12×12 inches). Brush melted butter evenly over the pastry. -
Add Peach Filling:
Spread peach pie filling evenly over the buttered puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. -
Cut and Roll:
Cut the pastry into strips about 2 inches wide. Roll each strip tightly from one end to the other, creating a spiral (like a cinnamon roll). -
Coat with Sugar:
Roll each spiral in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated. -
Place in Muffin Tin:
Place each coated spiral into a muffin cup, coil side up. -
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
-
Cool and Serve:
Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
