Ingredients
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Prepare the Biscuit Dough:
Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin. -
Add the Cheese:
Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball. -
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed. -
Coat the Cheese Bombs:
Dip each cheese-stuffed biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring the dough is fully coated. Place the coated cheese bombs into the prepared baking dish or on the baking sheet. -
Bake the Cheese Bombs:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
-
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and immediately brush with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy these irresistible, cheesy, and garlicky treats!
