Ingredients
• 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
• 3 cups broccoli florets
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup beef broth
• 1 tsp ginger, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch together. Set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned (about 2-3 minutes). Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
5. Return the beef to the skillet. Pour in the sauce mixture and the beef broth. Stir everything together, allowing the sauce to thicken (1-2 minutes).
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
