Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas or wraps

1–2 cups cooked chicken (grilled, rotisserie, or leftovers — shredded or chopped)

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing, Caesar dressing, or your favorite sauce

1/2 cup chopped lettuce or baby spinach

1/2 cup diced tomatoes or salsa

1/4 cup red onion or sliced green onions (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Butter or oil for toasting (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the tortillas:
Heat the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
2. Assemble the wrap:
On each tortilla, layer:

A handful of cheese
-
Cooked chicken
-
Lettuce/spinach
-
Tomatoes or salsa
-
Onion (if using)
-
A drizzle of dressing or sauce

Season with salt and pepper
3. Fold and toast (optional):

Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a wrap.

For a crispy finish: lightly butter the outside and grill in a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
