Quick Cheesy Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps

  • 12 cups cooked chicken (grilled, rotisserie, or leftovers — shredded or chopped)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing, Caesar dressing, or your favorite sauce

  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce or baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or salsa

  • 1/4 cup red onion or sliced green onions (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Butter or oil for toasting (optional)


Instructions

1. Warm the tortillas:

Heat the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.


2. Assemble the wrap:

On each tortilla, layer:

  • A handful of cheese

  • Cooked chicken

  • Lettuce/spinach

  • Tomatoes or salsa

  • Onion (if using)

  • A drizzle of dressing or sauce

  • Season with salt and pepper


3. Fold and toast (optional):

 

  • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a wrap.

  • For a crispy finish: lightly butter the outside and grill in a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
