Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup chicken broth

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.

Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.

In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth until smooth.

Pour mixture over the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.

Shred chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.

Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
