Ingredients
For the Peach Syrup:
3 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
For the Lemonade:
¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
4 cups cold water
½ cup honey or additional sugar (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes
For Garnish:
Peach slices
Lemon slices
Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Make the Peach Syrup:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peaches, sugar, and 1 cup of water.
Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peaches soften and the sugar dissolves.
Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the mixture until smooth.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp (optional for a smoother texture).
Let the peach syrup cool completely.
Make the Lemonade:
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, cold water, and honey (or additional sugar). Stir well.
Pour in the cooled peach syrup and mix until fully combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Serve and Enjoy!
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour in the peach lemonade.
