4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine watermelon cubes, feta, red onion, and mint.
