- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve (about 30) Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Mix the Casserole Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.

Assemble the Casserole:
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the buttery cracker topping evenly over the casserole.

Bake & Serve:
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
