Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Cauliflower Recipe | Healthy and Flavorful Side Dish

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  • Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until cauliflower is golden and tender.

  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while still hot.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
