Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until cauliflower is golden and tender.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while still hot.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
