4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the avocado salsa:
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.

Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

While the salmon cooks, combine avocado, red onion, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve salmon topped with fresh avocado salsa.
