Salmon with Avocado Salsa Recipe – A Healthy and Delicious Meal

4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the avocado salsa:
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.

  • Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

  • While the salmon cooks, combine avocado, red onion, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

 

  • Serve salmon topped with fresh avocado salsa.
