Ingredients
8 frozen waffles, thawed and cut into quarters
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Spread the quartered waffles evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.

Top the waffles with cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and waffle layer, pressing gently to ensure the liquid soaks into the waffles.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
