Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
4–6 sandwich rolls or buns
Optional toppings: Romaine lettuce, more Parmesan, cracked pepper
Instructions

Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker: Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour Caesar dressing over the top, then sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Shred Chicken: Remove the chicken and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker and stir into the sauce to fully coat.

Assemble Sandwiches: Toast the rolls if desired. Pile the warm Caesar chicken onto buns and top with romaine lettuce, extra Parmesan, and cracked black pepper.
