2 lbs beef stew meat (cubed)

4 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Add beef cubes to your slow cooker.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef. Toss to coat evenly.

Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until beef is fork-tender.

Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or veggies.
