Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Grill:
Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.

Serve:
Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges. Serve hot!
