Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the base:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. -
Add the veggies:
Stir in the spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. -
Transfer to baking dish:
Spoon the mixture into a small baking dish (about 8×8 or similar size). -
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. The top should be lightly golden.

Serve warm with chips, crackers, bread, or veggie sticks.
