Spring Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing | Fresh & Healthy Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and segmented
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)

For the Dressing:
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.

  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.

  • Sprinkle with chopped mint if using.

 

  • Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
