Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise

6 slices deli ham

6 slices Swiss cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

1/2 cup sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese inside each chicken breast half, then roll up tightly.

Arrange stuffed chicken rolls in the baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together cream, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, Dijon, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.

Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
