1 large round sourdough bread loaf (or any large artisan bread loaf)
1 lb seafood mix (shrimp, crab, scallops, or a combination), cooked and chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Slice the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving about a 1-inch border. Set aside the bread pieces for dipping.
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the seafood, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and well combined.
-
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Stuff the hollowed-out bread bowl with the seafood mixture, pressing it in tightly.
-
Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
-
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the bread pieces for dipping.
