1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional garnish: chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic.

Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15–30 minutes.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and slightly caramelized.

Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve hot.
