4 cups broccoli florets

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

1/3 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)

1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are crispy and golden.

Remove from the oven and immediately toss with sweet chili sauce and soy sauce (if using).

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
