Instructions

Preheat Oven or Grill:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.

Prepare the Foil Packets:

Cut 4 large pieces of aluminum foil and lightly grease with olive oil.

Divide the chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion evenly among the foil pieces.

Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

Pour about 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over each portion.
