1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1–2 cloves garlic, minced

1 chili, chopped (optional for heat)

1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

Butter lettuce leaves or rice paper

Cooked rice or rice noodles (optional, for filling)
Instructions

In a skillet, cook garlic and chili in a little oil until fragrant.

Add ground beef. Cook until browned.

Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer 2–3 mins.

Add basil and stir until wilted.

Spoon beef onto lettuce leaves or softened rice paper. Add rice/noodles if using.

Roll up and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
