2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: chopped cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Cook Veggies:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onion, sauté until tender, about 5–7 minutes. Season with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Combine Chicken & Ranch:
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing until well coated.
Assemble Burritos:
Lay out tortillas. Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas. Top with sautéed peppers and onions, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Roll Burritos:
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly.
Heat Burritos (Optional):
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Place burritos seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts.
Serve:
Garnish with cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve warm.
