Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon brown sugar
-
1/4 cup pasta water (reserved)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Salt, to taste

Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish
Instructions
Cook Spaghetti:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
Sauté Garlic & Pepper:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and black pepper. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Sauce:
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
Toss Pasta:
Add cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.
Finish:
Adjust salt if needed. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using, and garnish with parsley or green onions.
Serve:
Serve hot with extra cracked black pepper on top, if desired.
