Burger buns and toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, mayo, etc.)
Instructions
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form Patties:
Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Cook Burgers:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Assemble Burgers:
Toast burger buns if desired. Place patties on buns and add your favorite toppings.
Serve:
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
