2 large whole wheat or spinach wraps/tortillas

4–6 slices deli turkey breast (or cooked sliced turkey)

1 cup fresh baby spinach

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup sliced cucumbers or bell peppers

1/4 avocado, sliced (optional)

2 tablespoons hummus or cream cheese (or use Greek yogurt spread)

Instructions

Lay out the wraps on a clean surface.

Spread hummus or cream cheese over each tortilla, leaving a small border.

Layer turkey slices, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, and avocado in the center.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.
