Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the sliced pepperoni and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the Italian seasoning evenly over the top of the ingredients for an extra flavor boost.
