- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and shredded chicken until smooth and evenly mixed. Spread a thin layer of the mixture over each tortilla, covering edge to edge. Roll up each tortilla tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a platter.
