Bold Flavors in Spicy Sriracha Chicken Stir-Fry

This Spicy Sriracha Chicken Stir-Fry boasts vibrant flavors and a satisfying crunch, making it an ideal dish for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken and vegetables.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the Sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
  6. Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Pour the Sriracha sauce mixture over the chicken and veggies.
  8. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions before serving.
