  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from the skillet and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss everything together.
  8. Adjust the sauce consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
  9. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for garnish.
