Celebrate the Season with Orange Chocolate Truffles

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g heavy cream
- Zest of 1 large orange
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Chop the dark chocolate finely and place it in a heatproof bowl.
Heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer, then pour it over the chopped chocolate.
Let the mixture sit for a minute, then stir until smooth and glossy.
Mix in the orange zest and fresh juice until well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
Once firm, scoop out small portions of ganache and roll them into balls.
Roll each truffle in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill until ready to serve.
