Ingredients

  • 2 large pizza dough balls
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup assorted toppings pepperoni, bell peppers, olives
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it into triangle shapes.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough triangles.
  • Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
