Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a floured surface and separate it into individual triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, pinching the edges to seal.
Place the filled pillows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, melt the butter and brush it over the tops of the chicken pillows.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
While the chicken pillows are baking, prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce by combining melted butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese in a saucepan.
Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring until thickened, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the chicken pillows are finished baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Serve the chicken pillows drizzled with garlic Parmesan sauce.
