Comforting Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Casserole

Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Casserole delivers a comforting blend of savory flavors and rich textures, ideal for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
