Method
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping and cubing as needed.
- Layer the sauerkraut at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion and cubed potatoes on top of the sauerkraut.
- Place the Polish sausage on top of the vegetables.
- Sprinkle caraway seeds, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
