Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
