Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for a mixture of panko and Parmesan.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the panko and Parmesan mix.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the breaded chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the garlic sauce.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine; let simmer for 5 minutes.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
