Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for a mixture of panko and Parmesan.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the panko and Parmesan mix.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Sear the breaded chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. While the chicken is baking, prepare the garlic sauce.
  9. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  10. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  11. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
